Delete your EverDue data

You can use EverDue without an account. If you sign in, reminder fields sync to your EverDue account. Scanned documents stay on this device.

Delete your account (signed in)

This is the in-app account deletion required for App Store review. It permanently removes your EverDue account and synced reminder fields from EverDue’s servers.

1. Open EverDue.
2. Tap Account (the person icon) in the top-left of the home screen.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account, profile, and synced reminder fields are deleted.

Items and documents already on this device stay here. You can keep using EverDue without an account.

If you are not signed in, there is no EverDue account to delete. Local data is removed by deleting items or uninstalling the app, as described below.

Delete one item

1. Open EverDue.
2. Open the item, or swipe left on it from the home list.
3. Delete it. That also removes its saved document, scheduled reminders, and (when signed in) the synced reminder record.

Delete all EverDue data on this device

1. Delete the EverDue app.
2. App data is removed from the device, subject to your iPhone or iPad backup and restore settings.

Uninstalling the app does not delete a signed-in EverDue account. Use Delete account in the app first if you want the account and synced reminder fields removed from EverDue’s servers.

If you restore a backup that included EverDue, local data from that backup may return.
